Meet the Founder- Jen DeLorenzo
I've been where you are.
That's exactly why I do this.
Layoffs. Pivots. Sending out resumes and hearing nothing. Wondering if you're the problem. I've lived all of it, and I turned it into something that actually helps people.
Hi, I'm Jen
I spent over 14 years recruiting for some incredible companies, including Pinterest, where I coached internal employees through promotions and career transitions. I was good at it. Really good at it. And then I got laid off. More than once.
If you've ever sat with that particular mix of embarrassment, relief, and complete uncertainty about what comes next, hi, I know that feeling intimately. I've cleaned out my desk, updated my LinkedIn with shaky hands, and applied to jobs wondering why no one was calling me back. I'm a recruiter who got ghosted by recruiters. The irony wasn't lost on me.
But those experiences gave me something that years of corporate recruiting never did, I finally understood what it actually feels like to be on your side of the process. And that changed everything about how I work.
"I know what hiring managers are thinking when they skim your resume in 10 seconds. I know why your LinkedIn isn't getting views. I know the unspoken things that happen in debrief rooms that no one ever tells candidates. And now I use all of that to help you."
Why I work specifically with women
Because the job market is not a level playing field, and pretending it is doesn't help anyone. Women navigate things in their careers that don't show up in most job search advice, career gaps from caregiving, ageism that hits differently, workplaces that reward a style of confidence that doesn't always feel natural, and the constant low-grade exhaustion of code-switching just to be taken seriously.
I also know what it's like to thrive in a job that wasn't always built for the way your brain works. I've spent years learning how to work with my own wiring rather than against it, and I bring that same curiosity and patience to every client I work with. You don't have to fit the mold. You just have to know how to tell your story.
