The Flock is The Career Raven's intimate 4-week group coaching experience, live, small, and built around getting you real results. We meet once a week on Google Meet, we dig into the actual work, and you leave every session with clear next steps and a group of folks holding you accountable to them.
No fluff. No generic advice you've already Googled. Just focused coaching from someone who has spent years on both sides of the hiring table, and knows exactly what it takes to get you seen, interviewed, and hired.

Week 3: Momentum - interview prep, rejection recovery, keeping the energy alive

What if I can't make a live call? Every session is recorded. You won't get the full experience of the live call, but you won't fall behind, and you'll still have the group chat for questions and accountability.
